This ACEO was influenced by conversations with my Dad, when he told me that when he looks at my mom, he still see's the girl he married all those years ago. I see my Mum, who is a beautiful women, but she's not the sexy godess he see's. That set me to thinking about how I see myself, and how my kids see me.So I give you your Mom, through the eyes of your Dad, and the eyes of all the guys who lost out when your Dad won!

Here is my latest ACEO, created for the PCAGOE June Monthly challenge. The challenge was self-portraits and this is the ACEO I created. The head represents me and the wheels of creativity are turning. The background is the ideas being transferred to my hands and becoming reality once I create them.

I did not walk to the bus for a long time because I did not have the courage to. Due to my past I had more reason to fear it. It's not really next door either..... but recently because I gained the courage from you all, I have done so. I gained courage to put aside my past and move forward. May we all do that....because of that I say...let freedom ring!!! We should all be proud to be free and have the chances to do what we do each day.

A Fiber ACEO

I'm on the EtsyFAST street team as well, and this month, we had an ACEO challenge. We were to create an ACEO using primarily fiber media. Here is my first contribution in what I hope to make a series: Card-i-gan #1.

It also represents my very first original ACEO - prior to this, they'd all been limited editions. I really enjoyed doing it, although I must confess that working on such a small scale was an incredible challenge.

For the ACEOs in your life

It is all about the presentation right? After my first set quickly sold I couldn't resist making more to sell. I have a ton made for my personal use, like biz cards in customer packages, for small items at craft shows, my ACEOs and ATC trades etc. They are made from recycled paper from magazines and come with little cards also recycled.
