Here are a few of my recent ACEO's. They are 2 layers, one pen and ink, the other is watercolor. The pen and ink is cut out with an x-acto knife and mounted on top of the watercolor. The edges of both are blackened with ink as well.

Dreaming of Spring
I've been busy with other projects, but have finally finished an ACEO to put in my shop.
On a cold and dreary day, I could not resist the $4 bouquets at Trader Joes. I expect to have many happy hours painting flowers and dreaming of spring.....

Black-Eyed Susan
Back from a two week camping trip...sure am happy to be back to electricity and flush toilets!
It is acrylic on watercolor paper. There are more ACEO paintings listed in my shop here.
Anyways, I made a few ACEOs while I was gone. There were lots of wild flowers in the woods and black-eyed susans are one of my favorites. Here is the first ACEO from my trip:

Raphaella's Valentine ACEO featured in FEST Treasury
My ACEO "Heart of a Sailing Vessel" was featured in the Florida FEST Valentine's Treasury! See it here: http://www.etsy.com/treasury_list.php?room_id=108301 - Wouldn't it be nice if everyone bought or traded ACEOs as part of their Valentine's Day gifts this year? Here's "Flower" - my latest ACEO creation:

Storqued
When my Flower Bird ACEO Magnet was featured in a Storque article over the holidays my shop received a bit of welcome attention. Yay!
One of the best parts was the opportunity to introduce the world of ACEO to many who had never heard of this great art form. Magnet ACEOs are a great way to present the art of ACEO because people are so familiar with the well-loved fridge (office, locker) magnet. It's a great jumping off point to the wide and varied world of 2 1/2 " X 3 1/2 ".
I received a much appreciated boost from the Storque article. My hope is that because of it, the love of ACEO will spread just a little bit more!

Copper Kanzashi Flower ACEOs
I'm a wire artist on Etsy and had a lot of fun creating my first 2 ACEOs. More information about these can be seen at my Etsy shop Wired.
