There is a child's program called sprout that Julia watches all the time.
The first time I ever heard her sing this song I was so in love with her voice. She sings it so softly and unlike any other songs she sings. I was inspired to do this design because of her!

Hi I did it! Finally I was able to get some alone time to complete another sweet Whimsical design! And in the end this is what came out.

Wilhelm and his little pup Duke have their tickets and are ready to catch the eight thirty train to London! Standing on the steps Wilhelm fret's over where he put black crows ticket!
