Untitled - suggest a name!

My latest ACEO, inspired by some recent custom work done for a mother-to-be while playing around with my recent acquisition of oil pastels.

I haven't posted this one in my art blog or on Etsy, yet, nor have I named this little darling. So, I'd love to hear your suggestions :)
